Sometimes, having time on your hands is not always a great thing. Very often, at least with me, the mind gets to brooding on the less sunny times and places. The last month, for example, has left me with much to ponder, much of it on the less happy side of the ledger.
However, the return to college, although part of one of the gloomy times, will be good for me as it will lessen the amount of free time I have to brood on what ultimately may well be trivial, even puerile in the great scheme of things.

This half term we’re starting Computerised Accounting, which is more my thing. Mucking around in Word, Excel and so on before we get stuck into Sage Line 50. I think I might like this, as we move from accounting theory into hands-on stuff, wish me luck!
